Design for a pop-up restaurant with impact

As the first full-scale pop-up restaurant in Calgary, Nights & Weekends sought to create a dining experience that was removed from its surroundings. From day to night, the pop-up would transform the space of an existing restaurant with immersive touchpoints from the menu design, signage, and the table setting, to music, service, and beautifully plated food. We had the pleasure of curating each element of this experience with every seasonal change of the menu.
